This fit my 2024 Chevrolet 2500 very well. The instructions were very detailed and fairly easy to follow. The only hard part was getting to the front frame bracket holes on the driver side under the bed. Overall great product and was exactly what I needed for my Patriot 18k slider 5th wheel hitch. Shipping was super fast. Very satisfied with the product.
I originally ordered these products from B & W directly because they were the only ones who had them in stock at that time, or so they said. I called them and confirmed they (B & W) had them. I waited a week and called them back to which I was told they were out of stock. Needless to say I was not happy. I then called etrailer directly and I received the best customer care I had in a long time. Stacey took my order directly and promptly got my order out. I received the rails two days later. I installed them on my new GMC 2500 myself with my wife’s help. PS their install videos were a great help as well. This is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a very long time. Kit was complete and instructions were good. Hardest part was getting past the heat shields (bad design by Chevy). Definitely good for a DIYer.
As advertised this fifth wheel B & W rails attachment for my 2022 Chevy Silverado fit perfectly and by following the instructions I was able to drill my truck bed once matching up to the frame brackets exactly as designed. My order came promptly with all parts accounted for. My rails and brackets fit perfectly to my B & W 18,000 lb hitch!

Came in and are great quality. Install took about 2 hours and was straight forward, just some tight spaces. Great video showing how to do it. Great product.
I had to sell the rails I purchased from etrailer because they did not arrive in time as promised for my situation. I had to purchase rails from a local dealership in order to take delivery of my fifth wheel trailer. When I attempted to return the rails to etrailer it was going to cost me a ridiculous amount of money even though they didn’t arrive in the time frame I was promised. This is the second such time I have had this type of issue buying from etrailer. I won’t do it again.
The 1st bolt hole was too small so it took a long time to get it but after tgat smooth sailing. Recommend reamer the hole for easier install
To hard to install. Mounts above fuel tank . Heat shield to reinstall wasn't the easiest either.
WORK GREAT, INSTALL WASN'T MUCH A PROBLEM ON A 2021 CHEVY 2500HD USED IT TO PULL A 40' GOOSE NECK WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS

It's a little harder to mount than I expected. Doing it by myself and takes a little more time. Now that its done I like the look of the mounting this is only the second time I have mounted a 5th wheel hitch
Everything bolted up nice and the quality is excellent
The installation is simple but a little more time consuming than expected. I am a fairly good mechanic and with the assistance of a friend who is an excellent, 30-year that's his job, mechanic we feel the two of us could do the installation in an hour and a half next time. Took us 3 hours to do the installation. I do recommend two people and to not do as seen on one of the videos and cut the heat shield, just take your time and take the two heat shields down for the room. I've installed Universal fifth wheel rails in the past and they compare nothing to the quality and cheer girth and strength and fitment of the B&W custom fit rail system.
Prices are great.. shipping is on time and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again..

Directions were exact for my 2022 Silverado carriage bolts could be a bit longer it would make it easier to catch those hard to reach spots but overall great product
As you would expect from B & W, this is a sturdy unit. I've owned it for one year now, and it's performing perfectly.

It wouldn’t hurt if the bolts were 1/4” longer. Other than that a great fit

Glad you are liking it, Jared! I have heard those front brackets can be a pain in the rear to get installed on a few occasions. Hopefully it wasn't too bad! What kind of 5th wheel are you going to be towing?
